Hours of Operation
NSC’s Customer Support Center (CSG) operates 7x24 year round. The CSG is manned 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Central), with a duty CSG Specialist available during non-manned hours to process facility emergencies and urgent work affecting service situations.
